Dainen Materials has signed an exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
with Green Li-ion Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based company,
to offer a one-stop service for battery recycling, including black mass,
in the Japanese and Indian markets effective from September 16, 2024.

This MOU marks a significant collaboration where both companies will jointly
promote advanced recycling solutions and sustainable practices
in the lithium-ion battery recycling sector in these regions.
